For your convenience in placing an order, we have created combinations and
priced them per person. Substitutions may be possible.

-Hours of
Operation.
Telephone Hours: Monday through Friday: 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 5:00 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m., after hours, please fax your order to us at 718-392-6153, it will
be promptly expedited the following day.
-Delivery.
Delivery is FREE of charge. We deliver 7 days a week. We will be happy
to make other delivery arrangements to accommodate you.
-Party
Bookings. Six
persons minimum for all orders. For large parties of 35 or more, please book as
early in advance as possible. Some items may require 24-hour notice or more;
however, we will try our very best to accommodate your needs should there be an
emergency situation. If booking for a company barbecue or picnic, please book
as early in advance as dates quickly fill in. 50% deposit fee is required for
all private parties.
-Cancellations.
A minimum 24 hours prior notice is required for cancellation. Orders cancelled
with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the
total order with no exceptions.
-Equipment.
Our service will include all necessary disposable utensils, paper plates, cups
and napkins at no additional cost. It is expected that
all returnable equipment be ready for pick-up one day after your event. Company
placing order will be responsible for damaged or lost equipment.
